Some overseas recipients may be located in countries that do not provide the same level of privacy protection as Australia, and we cannot ensure that overseas recipients handle your information in line with Australian privacy standards. By making a booking, you consent to this disclosure and acknowledge that, to the extent it involves an overseas recipient, we are not accountable under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) for how that recipient handles your information, and you may not have redress under that Act for their handling of it. 6.4 Corporate Reorganization & Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, joint venture, sale of company assets, or transfer of our business (or a portion thereof) to a third-party purchaser, your personal information may be disclosed or transferred to the prospective or actual buyer and their professional advisors as part of the transaction or due diligence process.
